Vendor Policy
Rules, obligations, and rights for all vendors selling on Bush House.

Important: Please read this document carefully. By using the Bush House app or website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
1. Vendor Status
Vendors on Bush House are independent third-party sellers. They are not employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers of Bush House General Merchants. Bush House provides the platform and infrastructure; vendors are solely responsible for their listings, products, pricing, and fulfillment.
2. Vendor Approval
- All vendors must apply and be approved by Bush House before listing products
- Bush House reserves the right to approve or reject any vendor application at its sole discretion
- Approved vendor status may be revoked at any time for policy violations
- Vendors must provide accurate business information during registration
3. Vendor Obligations
- List only products you own or have the legal right to sell
- Provide accurate, truthful product descriptions and images
- Fulfil orders within the stated processing and shipping timeframes
- Maintain adequate stock levels; cancelling orders due to stockouts is penalised
- Respond to customer queries within 48 hours
- Process eligible returns and refunds promptly in accordance with our Refund Policy
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
- Not engage in off-platform transactions to circumvent Bush House fees
- Not list prohibited items (see Prohibited Items Policy)
4. Platform Fees
Bush House charges vendors a commission on completed sales. Commission rates and payment schedules are communicated during the vendor onboarding process. Bush House reserves the right to update fee structures with 30 days' notice.
5. Platform Liability Disclaimer
Bush House is not responsible for:
- The quality, safety, legality, or fitness for purpose of any vendor's products
- Vendor representations made in product listings
- Disputes between vendors and buyers arising from product quality or delivery
- Any third-party intellectual property infringement caused by vendor listings
Vendors fully indemnify Bush House against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from their listings, products, or conduct on the Platform.
6. Intellectual Property
Vendors must not list products that infringe any third-party intellectual property rights (trademarks, patents, copyrights). Bush House will comply with valid intellectual property takedown notices and may suspend vendor accounts found to be infringing.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
Bush House may suspend or permanently ban a vendor account for:
- Listing prohibited or counterfeit items
- Consistently poor fulfilment or customer service ratings
- Fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of the Platform
- Attempting to solicit buyers for off-platform transactions
- Any breach of these Vendor Terms or the general Terms & Conditions
